With the localization function, business travelers can be quickly and easily located in order to organize the return from COVID hotspots or to change booking arrangements as necessary. Complete information is the key to successful crisis management. In addition, ehotel® facilitates traveling with strict hygiene requirements by making contactless payment, for example with AirPlus, as easy as possible. The integrated payment and billing solution provides costs transparency, security, support in managing travel expenses, and cross-company centralization of payment processes. By optimizing processes, ehotel® even counteracts maverick buying, as it inhibits any bookings that do not comply with company specifications.
