Loyal customers who keep coming back: In the “Customer Loyalty 2023” study by ServiceValue GmbH in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, the digital booking platform ehotel® was awarded the “High Customer Loyalty” seal of approval.
Berlin, May 2023. Loyal customers are the number one success factor for any business, as they are the measure of consumers’ brand loyalty and overall satisfaction with service quality. For business travelers and hotel guests, a diverse range of accommodation options with an uncomplicated and easy booking process and reliable billing is crucial for regular use of their preferred provider. In their current study “Customer Loyalty 2023,” ranking agency ServiceValue in cooperation with Deutschlandtest has found that the ehotel® booking platform enjoys “High Customer Loyalty” and awarded the company the corresponding seal of approval. Since 2000, Berlin-based ehotel AG has been offering its customers a holistic digital booking process, connecting the best accommodation options worldwide on one platform. The company focuses primarily on business travelers and corporate clients, supporting them with integrated meta-search technology and specially developed payment and billing solutions for planning and controlling their hotel stays.
In collaboration with the ranking network Deutschlandtest, the Cologne-based analysis and ranking agency ServiceValue examined which companies and brands excel at customer loyalty. For the “Customer Loyalty 2023” study, around 657,000 customer opinions on 2,208 companies from 158 industries were collected. ehotel AG customers reported particularly frequently that they would choose this provider again for a future booking. Therefore, together with Deutschlandtest, ServiceValue has awarded the digital hotel booking portal the “High Customer Loyalty” seal of approval. CEO Fritz Zerweck is pleased that hotel guests and business customers indicated that they would like to use his company’s offering again: “Customer satisfaction is the most important measure for us. It is a great result that so many business travelers and hotel guests are satisfied with our service and would like to come back.” This shows that his company is on the right track with the digital bundling of worldwide accommodation options in combination with its innovative meta-search technology. According to CEO Fritz Zerweck, ehotel AG will continue to focus on process and transparency optimization and deepen the integration of its own mobile app to always offer its customers a unique user experience. The “Customer Loyalty 2023” study was conducted by market psychological analysis institute ServiceValue in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST.
