Berlin, October 2021 – One of ehotel®’s particular strengths is customer service. This approach paid off once again in the current ranking by Germany’s leading business magazine WirtschaftsWoche (WiWo), in which the Berlin-based hotel booking portal placed squarely above the industry average. The award “high level of customer trust” shows how well the high standards ehotel® sets for itself are received by customers. “Even during the pandemic, we did everything we could to be a reliable constant for our customers,” says Fritz Zerweck, CEO of ehotel®. “We were successful in doing so thanks to our technological innovations and, above all, our round-the-clock service.”
This is the eigth survey on customer satisfaction WirtschaftsWoche magazine has conducted in collaboration with the renowned analysis institute ServiceValue. In 2021, a total of 554,844 customer opinions were collected on 1,823 companies from 139 industries. As in previous years, ehotel® reliably reached the top 5 in the hotel booking portal industry.
