When it comes to just quickly making a bank transaction or booking a trip, no one boots up their computer or laptop anymore, reaching for their smartphone instead. This makes the apps that enable mobile access to a wide variety of services all the more important. But how useful and customer-friendly are these smart applications really? FOCUS MONEY magazine examined this in collaboration with the analysis institute ServiceValue. In the hotel booking portal category, ehotel® ranked far above average in terms of user friendliness, receiving the award for “top app”.
This year’s survey evaluated a total of 94,756 user votes on 542 apps from 55 industries. After already achieving a very good result in 2020, ehotel® is now continuing on this path of success. “We are pleased to have been able to maintain our high standard of service even during the COVID crisis,” says Fritz Zerweck, CEO of ehotel®. “For us, customer satisfaction is at the center of everything we do – be it the development of our technologies, or personal consultations in our call center.” Customers appreciate the combination of innovative features, competent employees and an outstanding booking system, and remain loyal users of the ehotel® app.
