“Germany’s Favorites” 2021: ehotel® achieves top rating in BILD survey

Only customers who are completely satisfied will recommend a company to friends and colleagues. To find out which companies have the highest standing with their customers this year, Germany’s largest daily newspaper BILD once again conducted a consumer survey in cooperation with the analysis institute ServiceValue. In the ‘hotel booking portal’ industry, ehotel® impresses with a very high level of customer satisfaction, thus building on its succes in the previous year.

This year, the Germany-wide survey gathered almost half a million consumer opinions to compare over 1,900 manufacturers, retailers and service providers from 163 industries. A five-point scale was used to measure overall customer satisfaction. “For us, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do,” explains Fritz Zerweck, CEO of ehotel®. “That is why we focus on service, fairness and transparency just as much as innovations and modern technologies.” The results of the BILD survey are confirmation that this straightforward business concept pays off, making ehotel® one of “Germany’s Favorites” 2021.
